  • Hayley at cloud 9 is awesome. She is very professional and honest. After some discussion we agreed that my eyelashes were not healthy enough for extensions. She recommended I wait until another time. She did not charge me for the time booked, so we used the time for eyebrow touch up instead. I would recommend her.
