• Quaint and beautiful studio tucked away south of fifth on Miami Beach. I had a beautiful meditative moon class with Bernice and she really held space for us to get grounded and just feel in our bodies. It was an incredible experience!

• I'm in the middle of my teacher training with Atmananda yoga at the moment and wow what a great studio and vibe! The teacher is one of a kind and all the beautiful souls that also work there and teach are also fantastic. Would definitely recommend this place for classes and if you want to take your practice to the next level, I highly recommend the 200 hr teacher training which they can custom to suit you...which I think is really awesome. I'm from Australia and was attracted to this place for the alignment mat and it's teachings on how to practice with perfect alignment so you don't cause injury or to help heal any injuries you may have. I'm going to miss this place when I go home. Thanks to Jhon, Patricia, Sarra and all the crew!
