• I thought Myra was lovely and very down to earth. She shared hair secrets/hacks, that I wish someone would've told me 30 years ago! Beyond a 10 On your scale. She's a 20! Myra was super positive, gentle and caring, but also a definitive expert on everything hair related! She's a breath of fresh air for your salon ! There's an air of snobbery, unfriendliness and a lack of care with many of your stylists. Example, when I paid $900 for balayage with your French expert, who comes in from New York once a month. He totally ruined my hair. It looked exactly the same as it did when I walked in. Only with a root touchup. He wasn't happy with the results because I had a root shadow and quickly put low lights all over my head and a frenzy and left for the airport. This took away all the beautiful blonde balayage that was put in. He left me and ran off to the airport, only seeing pictures of the finished product that none of us were happy with! None of us were happy with the results, but you did nothing to make up for it in anyway. He told me he would fix it the next time gratis (free) but then I was never able to get on his schedule again. This was highly unethical in every way. I attempted for months to have this promise followed up on, but I was completely ignored. He promised to fix my hair on the next visit for free that opportunity never arose. He also said he was going to call me. He never did, nor did his apprentice who had to finish the job.
