Super nice. Didnt give me trouble when the product was broken. I got good color that didnt take 4hrs with two bleaching. Yup 4hrs. Crazy right.

Rhiannon did an excellent job-- she LISTENED to what I asked for, triple checked her work, and even double-toned an area I saw that needed a bit more attention without any kind of attitude or frustration. She wants to do a great job and clearly loves cutting, coloring, and styling hair. She's so kind, efficient, and a master! I had a pretty dramatic transformation-- long ombré to bleached pixie and it's flawless. Excited to come back!
