Only because of how my appt was and for Linessa. It would have been nice when someone called me to confirm appt to tell me about your new location. And I was frustrated that when I booked it didn't show the free tint so I had to try and find an email that had the deal and I've done that in the past with emails that have specials ( come see us again 20%)
