Since the moment I walked in to the end of my appt I was treated very well. The receptionist that day was very respectful , kind and took her time and I didn’t feel rushed when making my follow up appt, making my payment and filling out two tickets for the raffle even though there was a line , she had great customer service! My facial was AMAZING briana did such an amazing job I was blown away how she took her time with every step ! I was worried since I always go to Linessa but I was not disappointed not one bit! Keep up the great job ladies !!!

I booked an appointment and got Kari, which was amazing! She addressed my concerns with my damaged hair and showed me empathy due to a terrible bleach job a couple years back! I had not had my hair professionally touched since 2018! She made me feel comfortable and helped me get a product after to help with my hair journey! I am so glad I ended up in her chair and will be back ! Thank you Kari!
