• I loved my first visit with Dr. Shauna this morning. I feel inspired and hopeful in healing...even though I was a bit intimidated to start taking the supplements today. It's just a new way to live that I'm not wholly familiar with, but over-riding that intimidation was remembering the trust I felt in the consultation...I decided to go with the trust and have completed my first supplement dosages for the day. I actually have less pain in my chest, and so, my breathing is a little easier. I also seem to have less anxiety (which helps my breathing also) and I'm not crazy fatigued at this time. I'm looking forward to working with Dr. Shauna, and the rest of the folks at Assertive Wellness, as I continue down my healing journey! Thank you, and be well!!

• I went from 8 to a 3 on the pain scale after one treatment in the cryo tank. Will be back in two days for more.
