Julie is the only person I trust with my eyebrows. I like them just cleaned up with tweezers and she never overdoes it. Leaves them full and with their natural shape.

I love seeing Ashley! I get Botox every three months and monthly laser treatments for my acne scars. She has the best recommendations for the best results. I have been doing eyebrows for years and I send all of my clients to Ashley for Botox. Everyone loves her! It never looks over done, and I have never bruised. Thank you Ashley!

*edit to respond to owners laughable response*
1) I had to reschedule the post appointment and DID end up coming back and paying another $100 to get MORE Botox for the results I needed for my wedding. When reception confirmed by follow up I told them i had to reschedule. Why doesn't she ever say that?
2) move on because it's been two years? I tried to reschedule in March 2021.When I made the appointment I told reception my sister got the ok from the owner for me to use the leftover credits she moved out of state. Nothing mentioned about it being mom transferable.
3) Threats? When someone leaves a negative review (as other people have, hence why people message me asking where I go now bc they had the Dane experience ) that's not a threat, that's my right to leave my honest feedback. None of your staff is being threatened, get a life.
After receiving a gift card from my sister, I had no choice but to use it here. I had a terrible experience the first time but was willing to give them a second chance. After making an appointment the owner emailed me saying because of my public review I was banned from coming back. Instead of trying to make things right, or welcoming a second try - it's nice to know these people were simply retaliating and being petty for an honest review. I own a business and rely heavily on customer reviews, and I can guarantee that if someone left me a negative review for their honest experience, I'd welcome them to come back for a second chance. I've now received over 5 messages on Yelp from other clients who had the same experience with weak Botox, so it's obvious these people aren't professional.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This is a duplicate one star review from a former patient who has not been welcome back since 2019.
1. In 2019 you cancelled your follow up appointment and opted to air your grievances publicly rather than giving us the opportunity to look at your results and address your concerns.
2. If a patient does not trust us, it is not safe for either party to proceed forward.
3. The gift card in question was not purchased by Pauline or for Pauline. The gift card was a personal gift card for her sister (whom we adore). This gift card was associated to the purchaser and is non-transferable.
4. It is important to protect our team and patients from people who threaten. I cannot allow my team to be subject to your continued public harassment. We want our patients to be happy, however the route you continue to take in socially roasting us (on all platforms possible) does not make me believe you want a solution. You want to publicly humiliate us. I would prefer you dislike me rather than subjecting my team to your nonsense.
Pauline - it’s been two years. Move on.

Response from first review in 2019:
Hi Pauline,
We let you know prior to your appointment that First Friday requires a 20 unit minimum and you decided to keep your appointment. It also looks like you same day canceled your follow-up appointment (to which we waived our 24 hour notice cancellation policy). The reason for our follow-up appointment is to ensure you are satisfied with your results. It’s difficult for us to address your concerns when we are unable to see you for your follow-up. Regardless, we want you to be happy with your results. We’d be happy to rebook your follow-up so we can discuss in person.
Wishing you the best,
Pam
** Disclaimer- we require a 20 unit minimum for First Friday because every FDA approved area to treat with Botox requires 20 or more units. We have this requirement set in place to aid in patient satisfaction.Jul 27, 2019Previous reviewI was bummed to find out the first Friday deal only applies to 20+ units for Botox, but I went anyway to try a new spot. In short I'm very unhappy with my results. I was very clear with what I wanted, especially because I'm getting married in two weeks. Not only did I pay $75 more than I usually do for the results I usually want, but I did not get anywhere close to the results I wanted. Waste of money and much would've rather gone to my other place a mile down the street in the Highlands for a better deal and better results. This photo is 3 weeks after my appointment when Botox usually hits "peak results". Ladies - you can find cheaper Botox services out there with better results without sacrificing quality.

Was botched horribly!!!!
I spent over $2,500.00 and had to go spend another $1,908.00 to get corrected at another place. I tried to talk to somebody about the issue and they told me just to talk to the person who injected meHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nimcy M.CO, CO01Jul 23, 2022
I called in to see if I could get in last minute, same day and they were able to get me in. Not only was the customer service amazing but so was the service I received. I was seen by Johanna and she was sooo friendly and educated in what she does, I would DEFINITELY recommend coming here.

The staff members are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Conversation was really open and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. Everything appeared clean and kept clean. They even catered to me when I started feeling faint in the procedure. Really, truly great employees.

This review is only about the laser hair removal services. My prior experiences getting laser hair removal at other places in other cities were wonderful, and I honestly had no idea that it could be so bad.
First, Aspire does not use up-to-date tools, so the laser is EXTREMELY painful. I have a really high tolerance for pain, and I involuntarily teared up (basically cried) while getting this laser. It's almost unbearable. I had originally booked three locations and could only do two because it was so bad - in my other experiences, I could have done my whole body easily in the same session.
Second, the nurse was kind but didn't help at all with hard-to-reach places where it's difficult to shave. In prior experiences, the practitioner would help shave hard-to-reach places and would still laser over places that had some hair. At Aspire, the practitioner lasered around those areas and said that I should come back after I shaved better. She also didn't appear to know that there are better, more modern machines - she was shocked when I told her it didn't need to be this painful (and she even remarked that my results were good).
Third, I felt awful when I left this salon and my legs and underarms were in pain for the next two days. If this was a discounted service, I might suggest going because the results are there. However, you will also get results elsewhere where they have state-of-the-art laser machinery that is nearly painless - trust me, you won't regret it.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi Hayley,
First, I apologize- I sent you a text weeks ago to check in on your experience with us. It appears the number we have in our system is off by one digit. Had the text gone to the correct number maybe we could have resolved things.
Unfortunately we do not shave our patients during their laser hair removal services. We do ask our patients to come clean shaven. When we laser an area that is not clean shaven it does make the treatment more uncomfortable. The longer the hair the more uncomfortable the treatment. A clean shave always offers the most comfortable experience. If the hair is too long then we are unable to treat the area because the hair can potentially fume and it's not safe or comfortable for anyone.
Our laser is a diode and was purchased brand new 4 years ago. The most common lasers for hair removal are diode, alexandrite, or NdYag. Diode is the newest technology available on the market and it is said to be the most comfortable- although we agree no laser hair removal is super comfortable.
We do find our laser hair removal treatments to be effective. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your experience. I'm not sure what type of resolve you'd like to come to but I'm happy to chat with you and come up with a solution.
Wishing you the best,
Pam - Ashley B.Denver, CO318912Apr 20, 2022
I have been a member here since they opened and my skin has taken a 180 in the right direction! The ladies are great with treatment plans, the products work wonders, and Ashley, the nurse injector is so smooth and clean with her needles. No pain but a lot of gain in no wrinkles! The facials are wonderful and they always keep up with the times! Their membership package is a great value and makes yo consistent with your skin rejuvenation!

must admit, I was hesitant about taking the next step with Aspire Med Spa. A friend and trusted advisor had such an amazing experience and results, I couldn't believe it, so I went in to see just what a Med Spa can do! I had been getting facials at another local business, but after one visit with Ashley, I was hooked.
A year later, I can't go a few months without my Aspire Med Spa. Their staff is friendly, welcoming, informative and building a nation-wide reputations. They have the latest tech and products to make you gorgeous.
My friends and family want to know what my secret is. But a lady never tells (except now ... on Yelp, you're welcome).
Do not hesitate, book your appointment now. The only thing you have to loose is YEARS OFF YOUR FACE!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
