• Honestly, first impression- ladies at the desk were nice but were not all too inviting (welcoming upon entering) as other place(s) I've visited. I suggest they smile with their eyes more (Tyra Banks' term- Smize) because they came off a little judgy with their eyes upon first impression as customers walk through the door. Again, nice ladies, but my first impression. Gentleman at other desk was nice and energetic. They all spoke a different language which could be uncomfortable to some people but I understand it to be the best way they all communicated. Some customers could perceive it as them speaking or judging undercover, but I am sure they weren't; but I cant confirm because I don't speak their native tongue. Nonetheless, the most important person to speak of is the person who worked my procedure- Wendy. Wendy was super nice. She was gorgeous, but her personality stood through her beauty. She was super kind and awesome. She was informative, knowledgeable and patient with me. I had to bring my young daughter with me and she was super kind and patient towards my daughter as well so I totally appreciated Wendy so much more. I will certainly return because of her... she was the whole package.
