• Love the stylist, she really wanted to make sure she got the color right by confirming with Ashley. If the stylist could give the paperwork at the end to the client to see what the charges are would be helpful. I have no idea what a gloss costs or different color treatments and feel confused when I hit the desk to pay.

• Everyone there was exceptionally nice. The receptionist whose name escapes me (Jenna maybe) was very helpful prior too and when I arrived. The stylist, Monique was nice and informative. She explained the process so it was understandable. Loved she asked what was my hair vision instead of telling me what she thinks I should do. Overall a great atmosphere.
