• First time customer, recommended by my wife. Even before I got my haircut, I knew this was a great place. I showed up WAY too early for my scheduled appointment, but they happily accommodated. Greeted with a glass of wine and a genuine smile, I witnessed happy customers and employees interacting like old friends. This was a happy place! As I was finishing my glass of wine, Mr. charming (Rocky) informed me that Charlotte would be cutting my hair. After years of bad haircuts, Charlotte the miracle worker, cut my hair with the confidence and bedside manner of a great surgeon. She was an absolute joy and I left feeling great about my haircut and the entire experience. Thank you all!
