I came in with high tension in my neck shoulders and back for a couple of weeks so I was looking for a really focused massage for those targeted areas. James did an excellent job really getting in the nooks and crannies of all of the hard tension points with deep breath exercises to release the tension as well. James was knowledge and he was very professional ensuring my comfort during the entire massage.
