Kenna and the team are fabulous. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. This past visit I had gone more than a month between visits and was really sore. Kenna was able to work out the kinks during me session and I have been feeling much better and refreshed.

I did not hydrate enough than later felt like I had a wet grip. There was no water with the sciatic nerve was bothered. My leg was going to sleep. I'll check tomorrow.
