I thoroughly enjoy how Lori encourages rather than forces the tight muscles to relax. As well I appreciate that she treats each area as unique, muscle tension and stiffness for me is different on both sides of my body and I am grateful that what is done on one side isn't always necessary on the other. Totally productive and so very relaxing....well worth the time.
