I chose 10 because it’s a very positive vibrational studio. The studio is comfortable and the instructors are knowledgeable. The biggest reason why I’ve decided to stay after my intro to pole class is because the instructors don’t mind with helping you advance in pole. Whether you’re doing it for fun, regular fitness or competition, they will support either way. It’s hard to find a pole studio like this one. I’m happy

Ascendance is THE BEST aerial school I've ever attended. All skill levels and body types are welcomed and (not literally during COVID) embraced. They focus as much on HOW one executes a move as what it looks like, which I really appreciate. I have been to many of the aerial schools in the Seattle area and this one is BY FAR my favorite.
