There is so much love felt at Art of Yoga. Beautiful building. Beautiful people. Beautiful atmosphere. The entire experience that you have begins as you enter until when you leave. You feel so loved and genuinely appreciated. The staff is so engaged in giving their Best and second to none! The energy there is phenomenal! I am so grateful for the best experience of total serenity from the time you enter.
The class was very soothing, I enjoyed the music and the stretching. After I felt very relaxed. I was nervous at first, I guess because I didn't know what to expect, but it was great.
