The studio offers a great assortment of yoga classes, sound meditations and dance classes! I can’t wait to experience more! Everyone I have met has been great. I am new to Columbus so I am very happy to have found this place!
Andrese did a great job leading us through stretching poses that relieved tension I did not even realize was there. I felt wonderful after the class

I haven’t practiced yoga in years and entering the Art of Yoga studio brought back all the wonderful memories. I just loved the ambience of the studio. I attended the Community Yoga class with Brock. The class was a nice easy pace with smooth transitions from lying to standing. The music selection was paired very well with the class, which is always a plus because it helps clear the mind to truly focus on the breath. I felt calm and relaxed at the end of class which it what I needed for my birthday weekend. Thank you again for an amazing class and experience 😌.
