Chris is an incredible Yoga Instructor. His classes will challenge you in ways you can't imagine. I have completely metamorphosasized my flexibility and spirit attending his classes. His studio isn't just a yoga studio to me, it is an integral part of my life. It is a completely judgment free zone. I always feel better after his classes
