They seem to be concerned about the clients needs, and help with any of the issues you might have in hand, physically, emotionally, etc.
I'm very pleased with the instructor that teaches the class I use!
It was relaxing but still felt like exercise. I was able to completely clear my mind. It was exactly what I needed.
