Amazing class, friendly yogis. Studio provided adequate space for yogis to practice and remain socially distanced.
It was a good pace for me and it was quite relaxing.
It was better than I imagined.
After being away from my practice for over a year due to injury and job relocation, I found this studio on line to reconnect to my practice. It was the most perfect choice. The atmosphere was ideal. The instruction was challenging however, at the same time therapeutic to my soul. I was humbled and grateful to Christopher for bringing my inner yogi spirit back to life. ❤️
