Welcoming environment! Instructors were engaging warm and knowledgeable I felt relaxed and comfortable and loved the energy surrounding the room and it could be felt in every individual I met
I left with a new purpose, rejuvenated, and ready to tackle the world. It was my first yoga class ever. Everyone was so helpful. I can't wait to do it again.
