I attended the Trap Yoga and Brunch event. It was amazing. Especially for the first event. I can't wait to attend the many more this studio puts on.
My first time doing yoga and the instructor ms long detail in explaining and modified it for my comfort level. I didn't feel out of place and the vibes were awesome I signed for another class also . I'm excited
The instructor Chris Wilkes is outstanding and makes you feel very comfortable at whatever level yoga
