Great atmosphere and lovely people! I felt very welcome in my first class, which was clearly composed of lots of regular attendees.

The facility was clean, pretty and totally quite. Elise is a wonderful instructor. It was my first yoga class and she was patient and helped me.
The instructor was very good. I have taken from 3 other ladies, however Elise gave more information and was very personable too. Enjoyed the class. I'll will continue with her.
