I've been to many yoga studios and had many different instructors, but Christopher is by far the best. The whole vibe of his studio and classes is so comfortable and welcoming. He has the ability to spread his calm energy and eliminate outside stress and pressure. The classes flow so smoothly and I get so much out of it. So grateful for him and his studio!

Chris was very light and vibrant. I love the energy of the studio, chris, and the class.This was my second time visiting the art of yoga studio. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the yoga session. I felt amazing afterwards. So amazing I am looking to join and attend more regularly
