I was immediately introduced with a warm welcome from the staff and current participants of the class. It provided a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the practice. You could tell right away that Chris was also very knowledgeable and you could tell that he is very passionate and dedicated to his craft. Not only did I get a great stretch but also a killer workout at the same time. I left my session feeling very grateful and excited to return.
