Instructor, Tara is very knowledgeable and works around any individuals disabilities. She walks around and makes sure each person is doing the moves correctly. She is very personable too.
Have been going to Art of Pilates since January, and intend to continue indefinitely. Administrative and instruction staff have been caring and helpful at every turn.

It was my first time ever to do Pilates and for the first time experience I had a wonderful teacher to teach me and guide me through she never left my side she paid attention to me even when she was on the other side of the room Pilates is not easy it's imitating me by walking into woman watching but being that I was doing it and had a great instructor as a teacher they gave me full confidence I enjoy it and can't wait to come back
