The place is spotless and the equipment is the state of the art. I’ve tried 3 different instructors. They were all very knowledgeable and gave me person attention. I would totally recommend this place.

I love Gail and the athletics class. Gym is clean and time of class works for me. Wish you had a locker room or changing room
