• Francine was fantastic. She really knew what she was doing and the dry needling was effective. I liked the atmosphere but you could hear everything in the reception area from my treatment room. Not a big deal for me since wasn't there necessarily to relax but would've been very frustrating if I was there getting a massage or something.
