- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of programs and options for our clients. We want people to have access at all levels. Finances, schedules and abilities all impact a clients needs and availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each person is unique and we understand that. We work to gain a clear understanding of what the client wants and how we may best help them. We also focus on clearly identifying what the expect from us to maximize our time and get them what they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, all Trainers are required to stay involved in continuing education. I look for quality information in areas I want to be better developed in and will also consider fitness trends so clients know I'm aware of the current market. We need to stay updated because science is constantly evolving with new information and people's tastes change. Also, we need to look at the current situation our country is in. We have an aging population and need to consider the needs of the society too. We strive to stay current and well informed.
