Love this place! Every class is led by people who love what they do. This matters as it is felt in every class . All are welcome, whether you are young or old, in the best shape of your life or recovering from injury. No matter how I felt before (or during) class, I am always glad I went. Even if I am limited in what I can do right now, class always helps my mind. And last but not least, the owners (Steve and Marissa) bring so much personality to this place - definitely one of a kind!
