• Our two services were great! Great experience with all four employees! The only thing I would recommend is more or better communication between multiple services. We didn't know where to go after our massages were over so we walked to the front desk at 2:55 and were told our facials would not start until 3:30. Thinking we had 35 minutes to do whatever, I went to the steam room. My friend decided to go take a shower while waiting until 3:30. I was brought back to the facial room at around 3:10 pm which caused my friend's facial to start later than mine (since we thought we had until 3:30). We are both interested in either a full spa day or overnight spa day but now we are wondering if there would be an employee who would guide us to our next service or would we be on our own to figure it out or would we have to approach the front desk between services.
