• My experience was as always wonderful! When you had your annual August get to together at your Dulles site I invited two friends. I was surprised that you had platters made. Usually you have catered dishes and special drinks - what happened?

• Dagmar is a wonderful person and yoga instructor!! I haven't been in a while, and was apprehensive about getting back in the groove. Dagmar immediately made me feel welcome. She encourages her students to take it slow and modify if necessary. She reminded the class to have fun and stop beating ourselves up if we can't do every move which was exactly what I needed to hear!
