• Dagmar is simply one of the best yoga teachers I have come across. She is kind, polite, caring and extremely hard working. She always goes out of her way to make each student feel welcome whether you are new to class or a seasoned yogi. I am a beginner and she always helps me strive to do my best. She never makes me feel inferior that there are certain moves I just can't do. Instead she offers gentle encouragement as well as modified positions. She is patient with everyone & beyond professional!
