• both of my service providers were excellent. Sheila went over and above to ensure my comfort and experience. including a quick warm up in the sauna with a hot tea when i was chilly where she fanned the heat to me. my second service was also great - facial i appreciated that she wasn't "pushing" product at me while i was relaxing
