• Timeliness. I had to wait over 15 mins for my first service. Other specialist asked me serval times if I was someone else. Cleanliness. multiple restroom were missing toilet paper and the toilets were not clean. Initially, Water (fruit water) was not available throughout the facility. Specialist did not know that I had others services and who was performing it. This is worst I have seen the property. I will give it one more shot before I choose to go somewhere else. The two specialist were great .
