Arctic Healing Cryo

Cryotherapy has helped my knees now that I can't take anti inflammatory meds anymore. The owner is there and does the session, and she's great - very informative and encouraging. She distracts me just enough so that I can make it 3 minutes in that super cold chamber.

I had a muscle tear in my lower back the day before I came in and cryotherapy was recommended to me by an NCO. I had never done this before and with having a spinal cord stimulator, I was a little hesitant but my doctor gave me the okay. So I came here and Larissa was very knowledgeable and explained the process as well. The prices are surprisingly reasonable. But let me tell you, after going for 6 out of 7 days...I can finally walk, bend and do normal every day activities without wincing in pain.

I'm extremely grateful to Arctic Healing Cryo for literally helping me get back on my feet.

Just rude and nasty for NO REASON AT ALL.

I had bought 2 Groupon deals for a 1 hour session. I called them to schedule an appointment, and the guy Tristian was rude for no reason. Before I could explain that I bought 2 Groupon deals for 2 different people, he immediately told me that I can not do that and just super snappy. So I just politely hung up the damn phone before I lost it with him over the phone. I quickly requested a refund.

Never will I even think of using this place or refer people here based on my initial engagement.

I didn't know this place existed until I saw them on my Classpass app for wellness. They are located next door to the 24 hour fitness in the same strip as orange theory. The lot can get a bit busy but there are designated parking spots in front of the business. Larissa the owner is very nice and the equipment is all state of the art technology. I've come here a few times now for the Cryo facial and it's been great. It gets a bit cold but nothing you can't handle. Every time I leave my face feels tighter and supple. I will be back to try The cryotherapy, compression therapy, and other services.

Really liked arctic cryo. When doing cold therapy sessions they are pretty helpful, but the part I liked just as much or more was the leg compression session afterwords, for some reason that was even better. Gets the lactic acid out, just remember to bring some water or sports drink.

As a weightlifter for several years, I've always dreaded doing leg day, especially knowing the post-workout soreness (delayed onset muscle soreness) was due for a couple days after. I've tried nearly everything to speed up the recovery times after workouts, including ice baths, saunas, foam rolling techniques, and massages. All of these only worked with varying success.

When a workout buddy of mine told me about cryotherapy, I was skeptical at first. For three minutes, your body is surrounded by nitrogen gas as low as -200 Fahrenheit. Well, I decided to take a leap of faith and took the plunge. I tried out Arctic Healing Cryo as it was close to the gyms I workout and at a convenient location. Well, guess what?! The following day, I hardly felt any muscle soreness at all! And the following week, my lifts were stronger and more powerful. I did another cryotherapy session two weeks later, and I felt the same results!

Overall, the experience at Arctic Healing Cryo was pleasant and inviting. Larissa was very welcoming and explained the procedures with me at first. She was with me the whole time gave me valuable information on what to expect.

The venue was clean and tidy. There was relaxing music with a hint of lemongrass in the air. The restroom was well-kept and spotless. There was reserved parking for customers, so there's no need to hunt for parking. In addition to cryotherapy, there's compression therapy for legs too. It works similar to a massage.

I heartily recommend checking out Arctic Healing Cryo to anyone looking for a fast post-workout recovery. I will definitely visit Arctic Healing Cryo in the future.

Great cryotherapy and service. The location is extremely convenient near San felipe and Voss. I used both localized cryo and the chamber which really helped bring down inflammation from a hamstring injury I had. Felt brand new, will definitely be back!

I'm professional fight and Cryotherapy works very good if you are looking for something to help you recovery your body from your hard sessions trainings! They have one of the best Cryo machine, the space it's very comfortable and clean!!! Also Larissa is very nice person!! I really recommend.
