This was my first time at the spa location, when I walked in I was greeted, I was 10 mins early and did not wait long to go back for my facial. My esthetician was very down to earth and started conversation easily, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable and honest regarding all my skin care question's (and I had a lot! lol). She also helped create an eminence skincare routine for me. It was an overall positive experience and I look forward to my next visit.
