The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. My hair stylist was knowledgeable, had a very pleasant and calm personality, and was not pushy or snooty in any way. I also really value a hair stylist who is aware and familiar with my culture and comes across as welcoming and mindful in how that influences everything concerning my hair style and overall experience.

The attention to from Morgan and other staff I encountered with their attention to detail, customer service, and cleanliness of the establishment. The professionalism of the staff, the service I received, the great products I was educated on, a long term plan that was established for me to suit my skincare and anti aging needs and goals. Its obvious that the Arch team love what they do because they take pride in everything they do and it shows. That is why I gave a score of 10. That's how I felt when I walked because that's how I was treated till the time I left, special, happy, refreshed, beautiful, and smiling.
