• My lash tech spent time to analyze my lashes before starting and was able to tell me the state they were in and what they would be needing. During the process, she took the time to get a different shield that would better suit my faces anatomy and they even when we were done she took the extra time to process an area of my lashes again to get that perfect curl all these things made me feel like I was getting above and beyond service, which I truly appreciate
