• I screwed up with scheduling but the person at the front desk helped me find a time the next week that would work. On top of that, I didn’t realize that I couldn’t microblading before a vacation but Malorie and the person and the front desk helped me find an alternative. All that said, I was really impressed by how adaptable everyone was and how willing to help me get the best solution.

• I haven't had anyone touch my eyebrows since a horrible experience way back in 2009, so I was excited but nervous to come to Arch. I’ve been watching all the beautiful work for ages so when I finally came in to see Heidi I knew it would be good but I wasn’t expecting to be so blown away with the results of my service!
