• ARC doesn't just use empty words when talking about their focus on community, but follow up with their actions. From the first day joining until now, I have never felt more welcome or invited to join a group of people in a shared goal. From staff to other members, ARC provides an open and judgement free space to people of all levels of fitness to come and exercise together. The nutritional and lifestyle focus, and the passion that the coaches have for every members health and goals is invaluable as well. I can say with no hesitation that ARC Fitness has changed my life for the better.
