• FYI The question is "how likely would you be to recommend us to a friend or colleague" and you need to put the proper anchors of "not at all likely to recommend =0 and "extremely like to recommend =10. How the question is asked will generate the tested score from the NPS. My answer is that I have been seeing tyla for years and she is great at her job, she uses social media to remind me/nudge me to get in to see her, the salon is flexible and easy to get to, payment and reminders are great conveniences, I believe they collaborate to keep themselves up to date on products etc.
