Please try to arrive 15 minutes before your session to allow time for us to serve you with a thorough intake, and be mindful of finding parking downtown. The two best places to park are the Wall Street Garage on Otis Street; or, the Dept of Health & Human Services Garage off of Coxe Avenue across from the post office.

            From either garage, its a quick walk to Wall Street where our studio is in the office building above the shops. Look for Paul Taylor's Leather Store & The Celtic Way - there you'll find a stairwell with the building number '12 1/2' - up the stairs is our office, first door on the left. If you're uncertain in any way, call us and we'll happily help you navigate Downtown Asheville to arrive safely for your self-care session with our therapists.

                                                                    We suggest that you make a day of your self-care session with us! Slow down, there's no need to rush - treat yourself to a day of releasing stress by giving yourself ample time. Enjoy a light meal or a fresh juice or smoothie at Laughing Seed Cafe before your session to make the most of the health benefits you will receive from both.

                                                                    To make the most of your session; sleep well the night before, remember to drink plenty of water, avoid stimulants such as caffeine on the day of, and practice deep yet gentle breathing to help slow down the nervous system.

                                                                     It is best not to eat too heavily before your session; a light meal or liquids are preferred.

                                                                     It is appreciated by your therapists that you shower and avoid tobacco products and any strong fragrances before your session.
