So many reasons. The salon is immaculate, clean, well organized, and beautifully designed. I felt welcomed and attended to the entire time I was there. Sam was so attentive in caring for me while I had my foot soak and yet I still felt like I was having my quiet me time to relax. And the hot stone massage I received from Rachael was absolutely perfect. She made me feel like I was there to be pampered and I felt so comfortable communicating my preferences with her. I have been to other places in the past and left feeling like I was just another customer who was on the clock. Everyone there treated me like I was a valued client. I can't express my gratitude enough.
