Jordan was professional and patient in answering, and addressing, all of my skincare concerns. My facial was relaxing and did not feel rushed, as has been my experience at other establishments. Jordan promoted the skin care products without being pushy. I have tried several of the other more pricey venues in the area (Spa at West End, MGM Grand, etc) and must say that the level of treatment and professionalism failed in comparison to that which I received at AO. I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend this Spa to others.
