Ability to sign up and complete paperwork online in advance. Lots of openings to schedule an appointment. Office setup was calming, fit well with the tone of reducing stress. Massage therapist was good - applied the right amount of pressure. At one point I could hear a male voice in the next room taking above the music which was slightly distracting from the quiet and the music in my room. Would suggest the massage therapist recommend to guests to drink lots of water after the visit.
