Lack of rewards. I understand the prices, but they are high and it's tough to afford it. So accumulating visits for free massage takes awhile. The once a year sale has so many restrictions it's crazy. In addition I'm penalized for having my birthday in January so with a holiday and birthday discount at the same and can only use one. Given someone who has a birthday in July. Hardly fair. I keep coming back because the people are nice but I can only come on a Limited basis. Maybe more of an 7-8 based on my comments.

I have been coming for 10 years usually once a month. My therapist knows where my trouble spots are and with consistency of massage those areas have improved immensely. I appreciate Alison's expertise in her field. I highly recommend her.
