• The actual hair service was good, however I would inform anyone that visit to be aware of the time it actually takes. Mr service was supposed to take 1hour and 30 minutes. It took 3 hours. The following message lead me to believe this time was respected. 
Our goal is to provide quality individualized service in a timely manner.  Late cancellations and No Shows (includes arriving more than 15 minutes late) create inconvenience and prevent scheduling of other clients who expect their services in a timely manner. We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel your appointment and we appreciate advance notice when that happens. This helps us to be respectful of other clients schedules and also enables us to give the appointment time to another client who would like to come to the salon for a service.
