The staff is extremely pleasant and make sure that they are providing you with top-notch service. The salon is very clean, which is really important to me. Cassie is my Esthetician and she is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! I have received multiple wax services and the outcome is perfect. Yes, you are going to pay more - its Hanover and exceptional service! WORTH IT! Been there for service twice and I cant wait to book my next appointment.
