• Ann did such a thorough job with cleansing my skin including the extractions Iocated in my T zone. She also eliminated the dark circles and puffy eyes. My skin was absolutely glowing upon completion of my facial. The massage of my neck and shoulders was awesome too!

• I would give it a 10 but Jade who usually does my facial did not do my facial. My facial was done by my masseuse which I found odd. She was okay but didn't feel that she did all the steps.
